Worked everywhere, easy to use and would last all day before needing to be charged. Had to have delivery destination changed, I received a really quick reply and this change was done for a really small fee. Definitely recommend.

My family and I used the wifi hotspot for a two weeks all around Japan. I only had to restart the device once due to connectivity issues, which was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend considering Japan-wireless if you want to have constant, fast, and reliable wifi. I will use this again in future trips to Japan!

Everything was perfect

Absolutely perfect for our trip - easy to use, reliable, and easy to pick up and drop off. Will rent again for our next trip.

We visited Tokyo for 9 days and had zero issues with connectivity or speeds. The pickup process was fast and easy at Haneda Airport with clear instructions in English. The pocket wifi worked immediately and lasted all day long for our needs without having to use the provided battery bank. Generally we had 2 devices connected when we were out. Returning device and all equipment was easy using provided envelope and there's a drop box at Haneda Airport as well.

I would highly recommend and would use this service again in the future.
