The whole process from order returning the mifi unit was clear, simple and efficient.

The unit worked so well we had no problem during our whole trip including our visits to Osaka and Kyoto.

I would highly recommend using this service.

I have used a Japan Wireless pack twice now - once alone and once with a travel partner.
This time, we travelled far and wide, across country, into the mountains, as well as the city.
Just as last time, pick-up was quick and efficient, the pocket wi-fi set-up was simple, it worked perfectly in all locations, and return was also simple. We just posted it back using the envelope provided through the postbox in Narita airport landside before leaving.
I would not hesitate to use your pocket wifi again when I visit your beautiful country.
You provide a fantastic service, and good value.

i have rented the the premium wifi 3 times without any problems. perhaps the directions for getting started could be clearer for a first timer. i even had the aparatus sent to me at a private address sometime after i had arrived in Japan without any snags. i suggest extendeing the rental rates chart option beyond a month because many people stay longer.
i will continue using your sytem the japan wireless because it suits my needs.

The SIM card arrived on time, it was easy to install (and the package thankfully included a SIM ejector tool), and worked perfectly!

The hot spot and sim worked perfectly throughout allowing me to access mapping sites. The reception capacity is perfect in any place (city, mountain, country). The battery with the power bank provided worked fine.

Renting a pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless couldn’t have gone smoother. They delivered it to my hotel and provided the mailing envelope for easy drop off at a post box at the airport. Coverage was excellent as well.

Our wifi was at our hotel when we arrived in Osaka and worked seamlessly throughout our 3 week trip. I always recommend this service to my friends when travelling Japan.
