It was so easy to use I had WiFi wherever I went.

We chose to get a wireless WiFi box rather than setting up eSIMs for 3 people and it worked great.
The box never ran out of charge even though we were on the go for 12-14 hours each day and came with a charger (and battery pack) to easily recharge overnight.
The signal was strong even on trains or in the more remote areas we visited.
In addition collection from the airport was easy as was returning (just dropped it in one of the airport postboxes in the provided return envelope).
Overall highly recommend for your on the go Japan internet needs.

The mobile hotspot from Japan Wireless Company was absolutely essential for the success of our stay in Japan. Without it, we would not have been able to use various Google apps (e.g. enquiries, translator, maps) and the internet in general and would have been helpless.

I looked at reviews online and even though this wasn’t 5g i purchased it. As soon as I landed I had a welcome message and connected straight to the network. I had signal everywhere I went. I didn’t need to stream any videos or shows but used it on all trains to find my way around and inside the Makuhari messe center had no problem either. The best purchase you will make at a very low price but with the best signal. Highly recommended

Very reliable pocket wifi! The battery can last more than a day without needing to recharge. Will surely avail this service when I visit Japan again.
