Excellent! Thank you!

Without the Japan Wireless Wifi Router, we wouldn't be able to navigate to the places we wanted to be at. As a tourist in Japan, it was a life saver.

No matter where I was in Tokyo, no problems . Reception was great

Easy to pick up and return. No problem using internet during the trip. Highly recommend Japan Wireless. I will definitely use them again.

Easy to pick up, excellent signal, thoughtful battery backup, and easy return.

Very nice, works good

reliable anywhere in Japan

The service worked seamlessly, and was very convenient. We connected 5 devices at once and it helped us with maps, transportation schedule, and communication. I think it's a must. Delivery was done before we arrived at our hotel and return was very easy - dropped dit off in the mail at the airport.

This product was waiting for us at the hotel. It was easy to set up for our family and we started using it immediately. We went all over Japan and the coverage was great - with only a few issues when we went on a boat and moved away from the mainland. It also worked on the Shinkansen. Great wifi!

Website easy to understand and order from. Pocket wifi arrived at hotel as planned and the product worked well throughout our time in Japan. Great value!
