Modem worked well everywhere. Service was great- exactly as promised. Easy to set up, and being able to just pop it in post box at the end was perfect.

After I read various recommendations online I realized that our phones with US cell providers may not fully cover all the areas in Japan. As a back up I ordered the WiFi. This WiFi became our main source of internet. We were able to keep our phone numbers and use WiFi dial.

We were worried we wouldn’t be able to get a pocket wifi from the airport and booked our wifi on line. It was waiting for for us at the hotel and was picked up from our hotel as well. Super convenient!

Highly recommend using premium Wi-Fi device as it is compact, user friendly and long lasting battery life.

I accidentally put in the wrong address the first time, and was able to get in contact with support and basically get it redelivered the same day.

Picked our hotspot at the Narita post office and used it for 7 days all the way to Okinawa. It was so nice to stay on continuos high bandwidth all day. On our way back to the US we dropped the hand bag package in the post office box at the Haneda terminal (in a self-assessed envelope -provided). Highly recommended service.
