It worked well and it was easy to return. Thank you

This wifi was the best thing ever. Honestly the service was on point. We went to Japan for 20 days and not one day the service was bad. We climbed mountFuji and still had service. Best option as US carriers charge so much for service. Tis wifi easiest to get and easiest to drop off. Thank you for making our Japan trip si much better

Great value easy to use

Worked great! Easy to use and return

Only issue when we were in the bullet train, there are times where connection was slow and stopped. But overall, we did not had any big issue and connection was really good

I always rent my pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. It's always there waiting for me at my hotel or my daughter's residence. Spare battery always helps and I usually leave from Fukuoka International airport and they have a Japan post box on the ground floor..so convenient.

Easy to use and convenient. Allowed my whole family access to WiFi on our trip.

Bought this as a first time wifi device while in Japan. I had it shipped to my first hotel which handed it well over when I arrived. The box came with the return all set up as well (airport has a box for it). It came with charger cable and a small power bank.
Travelled to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, miyajima, Okayama, Tottori, Yanago, Hakone and many more spots. Only had issues once while in Tokyo. (Needed to remove sim to reset device).
As I didn't see an esim option with unlimited data. This worked perfectly for my trip. Will definitely use this service again when I visit Japan (hopefully soon) in the future.

On our 10-day trip from Tokyo to Osaka, Japan Wireless performed brilliantly. They delivered the devices to our hotel, and there was zero downtime while using it. In responding to our emails, they provided exceptional customer service. We are extremely appreciative! I highly recommend this, especially to families who are considering traveling to Japan.

Been using Japan Wireless services for more than 10 years. Never failed me and my family. It only gets better through time. Hassle free usage. Package will be waiting at your destination with clear instructions to use and return. I had additional requirements on adaptors and requested for a fully charged pack and there it was. Keep up the good work.
