It work very well and was easy to setup

We had a pack waiting for us at our first hotel in Japan, it was so easy to set up and use, amazing service for 4 people for 16 days all over Japan then dropped it at the hotel reception where we stayed at the airport on our way home, brilliant would use again and highly recommend!

Everything was fine. We traveled by car from Narita to the north. At some point, we lost the signal and couldn't connect to the internet. However, after checking your website on how to reset the modem, everything worked perfectly. Thank you!

Family of 5, got it for 17 days and we all shared. Worked great, easy to get it and return it.
