the signal was not so good in some places but the service is very good and easy to use.

Either was it to find our way or our hotel, to dialogue with the people or to be in contact with our relatives, we can't travel Japan without internet connection. the Premium Wi-fi was the perfect ally to travel safe and unpreocuppied,

I am very happy on the rental wifi tool which I used during my vacation. For sure, when I will visit again Japan, I will rent again the same tool!

From the start, the collection was fairly simple, using and connecting was simple,
The device was nice small and light weight, the wifi itself was great had no problem with connection except certain points on the subways (but its to be expected underground)
The battery lasted basically all day 0800-2000.
Drop off was nice and simple too,
Excellent device would highly recommend.

Very useful. one problem: the connection only worked with QR code, the connection code on the label did not work

These guys were great! They shipped the wifi box to my hotel early and had clear instructions on how to use and return. WiFi Connection was good between the wife and myself while walking around Tokyo. Returning was even easier with the pre stamped envelope I just left it with the hotel and they sent it back for me!
