I was extremely happy with the service and convenience, perfect for hot-spotting for the kids

The pocket wifi was so useful and it worked everywhere we went to (Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka). We were able to connect multiple devices. Definitely worth it!

Worked well for 4 users in the 5 different areas of Japan we traveled to. Only issue: frequently lost connection on the shinkansen trips - fortunately free wifi was available there. Would use again.

During my use of this hotspot, I had mostly positive thoughts and opinions about it. The few issues I had with it that the battery life is closer to 6-7 hours than 8-10 hours. It would also heat up the be pretty warm. Other than theses issues I would say that the hotspot was really amazing.

We always had very good connection in every city/town we visited, from very crowded area in Tokyo to very small villages in the country side or inner part of Japan.
We had 4 deviced connected at the same time for all day (8am to 10pm) for 15 days: we never went out of battery. Of course, I had to recharge it during the night, but I never had to use the powerbank they provide (for free) while I was out for my activities.

I rented this pocket wifi for 14 days. Good coverage, pretty fast connection, cheap and perfect for a group of 8 people. I really recommend it.

I used Japan wireless pocket wi-fi for 20 days in Japan and it was really reliable! The battery lasted the whole day and the internet speed was more than enough. I will use it again in my next trip to Japan!

I really liked this product. The connection was strong, and it was easy to use. it was very helpful to have apoacket wifi rather than a sim card when undergound in the train stations, since i could still use google maps to navigate where to go. The only negative side to this device would be the battery life. I was usually out for the majority of the day, and the wifi would die before i'd get home. Good size to carry around.
