device was great and easy to use. used it all the time with family

everything worked perfectly, thank you

Pocket wifi was waiting at the hotel, as requested. Return was easy.
Coverage was very good. We traveled from Tokyo to Kawaguchiko and Gotenba, then to Kyoto, Himeji, and Hiroshima. We lost coverage at Kinkakuji in Kyoto, but otherwise had good coverage everywhere. It seemed odd that we lost our signal in the middle of Kyoto, and I was a little disappointed.
Battery was good, so, though we carried the back-up battery, we didn't need it.

Very good service Internet.
