the best solution to always stay connected throughout Japan!

Perfect service! I will be getting it again when I am back.

From our arrival to Haneda Airport, the process to collect and get the pocketwifi to work was smooth.
The station for the pick-up was easy to find and during our 3 weeks trip, the utilisation was perfect. The long lasting battery was helpful (it works fine for 9/10hrs whitout the need to charge it in between !)

I would recommend 200% JapanWireless for the use of the pocketwifi.

Nothing to complain about, the price is very reasonable, the speed and coverage are good (enough to watch 1080p YouTube videos if you pay for Premium wifi).

Customer support is good too, last time when I had a defective pocket wifi which constantly disconnected every few minutes they replaced it the next day by delivering a new one at my hotel.

Returning it is also super easy since they have pre-packaged an envelope, you just need to drop everything at a post-box before leaving (available at the airport)

A must!!!! This was a fantastic service from start to finish. So easy to use and set up. A life saver on our trip to Japan!

A must have to ensure a smooth journey throughout your travels. Excellent signal coverage. Highly recommend.

Every time I visit Japan I book this device from Japan wireless. Easy to pick upon arrival and easy to drop when leaving Japan. Then you can use your phone and internet as if you were home. For me, no question. When I book my ticket I also book a wifi pocket from Japan Wireless.

Amazing service and great price! Easy to set up and use. A travel must!

Very good Wi-Fi that provides a high-speed connectivity. Also the pick up place and drop off via post boxes is super easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

Convenient location for pick up and returned
