Like the rest of Japan this device from Japan wireless works flawlessly. Collected from hotel reception, turned on, 20 days later turned off, and posted at airport. WiFi for my four devices everywhere I visited. Thank you.

Reliable and lasted the entire trip

It was absolutely worth it. Didn't have to worry about the hassle of finding a SIM card. The battery on the wifi lasted almost all day. Just kept it in the pouch that was shipped with it and kept it in my backpack and it worked perfectly for me and my mom.

Easy to order, setup and return.

This is the second time I rented wifi cube from Japan Wireless. The whole process is so smooth. We picked up and returned the cube at airport. No long line at sim counter waiting to buy sim card. The cube works great
wherever my group went. Battery last the whole day. Highly recommended for any traveler in Japan

The instructions to get the device were confusing and the process to return it was less than ideal but I was impressed with the speed and reliability of the device overall. I would happily use the product next time I visit.
