good coverage and battery lasts all day. 5 devices.

Ordered WiFi online and it was at my hotel when I checked in. Product was easy to set up and use. No problems with the wifi. I will order it again while in Japan.

We've used Japan Wireless device for more than 2 weeks during our trip in Japan and everything worked very well.
Easy to find/recive, easy to send back, easy to use.
Obiously, we had to use the power bank often (included) but it never stoppend to work!
We'll use it again if we'll back in japan!

If I didn't use this service, I'd have been left without any cell data at all for my entire trio which just wasn't feasible. This proves to be a worthwhile cost, and helped me plan trips to the various sites I wanted to see. I never once had a complaint about the speed either, and I used it constantly on the different subways and railways with no discernible drop in quality. I'd definitely recommend any foreign travelers without international cell service to give this a try.

This service is really convenaient. We received the pocket wifi at our first hotel. It was really easy to set it up and not to large to put it in a bag. The wifi quality was perfect.

Pick up at the airport was very easy, instructions clear, the wifi was reliable and battery lasted long. As a big bonus we could use the charging adapter for our phones, since we had not brought one ourselves. I highly recommend this wireless service.

Anyone heading to Japan and worrying about wifi, look no further. It was a life saver for us, always having a connection when needed.
