good product, eady to use. Wifi everywhere !!

Very happy with this provider. The internet worked everywhere we went, from Hiroshima to Uji, Saitama and underground. Very good quality for value.

The device was great had two devices connected at all times and the connection throughout Japan was very reliable. The only downside was the battery that it came with it would run out of juice so we had to use our own external battery charger. Other than that I highly recommend.

We had no problem picking up our Wifi device at Haneda Airport and dropping it off at Kansai Airport. It was very reliable during our two weeks in Japan.

Vi consiglio saponetta wifi, prendeva dappertutto, durata della batteria ottimale tutto il giorno due telefoni connessi e arrivavano in hotel con 30/40% di batteria (avevamo anche power bank in dotazione). Straconsigliato!!

Enjoyed it among the three of us

Fonctionne parfaitement tous le long du voyage, la batterie externe fourni avec est parfaite pour ne pas s'inquiété !
La réception/restitution sont d'une rare facilitée !

I have been using this service for a few years now every time I travel to Japan. This time I had the new model and I noticed that it performed less well than the previous model which had a longer battery life and a better signal level, with the same contract. In any case, the overall service is excellent with the possibility of convenient delivery to the hotel. I will use this service again next time.

excellent connection, no problems at all during our stay in Japan. Highly recommended.

Easy delivery to hotel, flawless wifi everywhere, easy drop off at airport
