Easy, premium, and efficient. Definitely would do it again!

We travelled from Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, onimichi, Imabari, Kobe and then Okinawa.
We did not experience a single issue with the WIFI.
It was truly fantastic and would highly recommend.
When we contacted the support team with a question they were wonderful.
Thank you so much
We will definitely use this service again the next time we visit Japan. 🇯🇵

Took the business package (the mid priced one) with included power bank. Never had an issue and the wifi speed was always sufficient. The power bank was a necessity since the wifi receiver ran out of battery after about 6 hours, but with the power bank it lasted the whole day. Easy to get started and use. Easy to pick up and return at Narita airport terminal 2. Recommended.

Excellent coverage throughout the places (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto) we travelled

Reliable will use again

Used this for the week my son and I were visiting Japan. Worked well. Would use it again.

Superb product. Long life and efficient working.

Thank you for a wonderful product! It was easy to install and start using and it worked reliably for my whole trip.

Thi device worked very well for both my husband and I and loved that it was easy to use and pick up and drop off well organised

Very easy company to work with. WiFi unit came fully charged with an extra battery pack and all the necessary attachments. Clear instructions and addressed return package. I would definitely use your company again. Thank you!
