Worked flawlessly, easy to set up and use and the power pack was very usefull.

Connection was very fast and reliable. Even though marketed as unlimited the connection Speed was reduced after 50gigs.

The wifi package was at our hotel when we arrived.
We had great wifi service throughout Japan at all the places we visited.
The charge on the wifi lasted throughout the day so never needed to recharge until days end.
Highly recommend this product/company and would use again.

Reliable WiFi even in remote places, power bank supplied but never used as the battery of the WiFi device could take a full day of google maps continuous use (for driving as well) but essential to have as battery backup if needed (even for phone). Very practical pickup and drop off at the airport. When I go back to Japan I’ll use this service for sure and I totally recommend it.

Very small device that worked as advertised. Strong connection and good service. The battery lasts less than a cell phone so if you are out all day, just be prepared for the battery to run out.

For those who are visiting the Kansai/Osaka/Hyogo region, Japan Wireless's eSim service is a very budget friendly and efficient option.

As someone who had to use an internet connection on phone, this offer is great. Highly recommended on your next travels on Japan.
