All perfect and straight forward process. Good value

Extremely straightforward process with ordering, collecting, using and returning the pocket wi-fi. No issues with coverage and the provided power bank allowed the pocket wi-fi to be charged sufficiently to get through the day with 3 users connected. Highly recommend for anyone travelling in a group to save money instead of buying individual data sims.

It was my first time purchasing an eSIM. It was easy to active and use during my time in Japan. I didn’t need to wait to look for WiFi connection. I was able to use my phone freely and make reach out to my necessary contacts with ease.

Fast connection everywhere I went

We ordered 2 unlimited 5G eSims before leaving the UK, and had a great and flawless experience using them in Japan: recommended and would use again!

4 stars because I don’t really like the 501hw devices but they’re alright I guess. I’m glad the short term ones were a different device now as those are much better. The price is pretty alright and maybe a little cheaper compared to other pocket WiFi’s and there’s plenty of coupon codes from other creators and MATCHA website too. The best part is customer service and always quick to respond and very helpful. Their customer service team is above and beyond.
