Ich kann nur sagen"hervorragend".
Der Service, der Preis und die Leitung von Japan Wireless ist einfach toll.
Den Router habe ich wie gewünscht erhalten und gleich nutzen können.
Auf meiner Tour durch Japan hatte ich ständig Netz, natürlich nicht in tiefliegenden Räumen. Selbst in der U- Bahn funktionierte es gut.
Die Rücksendung des Routers warsehr einfach. Eingepackt in den beiliegenden Versandtumschlag, steckte ich ihn nach dem letzten Tag in einen Post Briefkasten am Flughafen.
Die Anleitung, zwar in englisch aber auch mit Bildern und half mir gut, alles richtig zu machen.
Werde bei meinem nächten Japan Urlaub wieder einen Router von Japan Wireless mieten.

Excellent delivery to the hotel. The device worked fine. Very convenient return at the airport box.

It is convenient for us to book online in advance. However I have to wait for 2 hours to see the post office open(as I arrived 6:30am in the morning)! I had an experience when I visit UK. Immediately when arrival the airport, there are plenty of plans & devices for me to choose from. That could be nice too. Overall we love your services, it is reliable although the price is a bit expansive.

Used for three weeks. Simply kept in backpack and charged overnight every day. Worked a treat

The portable wireless worked well everywhere we travelled. The signal was reliable and strong and speeds were fine. The arrangements for delivery and return were simple. Highly recommended.

We were so pleased that we decided to use Japan Wireless! It was so easy to use and really convenient for when we were travelling around Japan. We got it delivered to our hotel and at the end of the trip all we had to do was put it in a post box! We highly recommend Japan Wireless!

Will definitely sign up for this again when I'm in Japan next time. Service was great, really easy to organise, collect and return. Made it really easy to stay connected wherever we went.
