So useful to have consistent WiFi during our Japan trip. An invaluable accessory

Great product, very good professional service. It does what it says in the tin!

Japan Wireless can send the pocket wifi directly at your hotel within a few days, while other services of the same kind request a week preorder or more. This wifi pocket is easy to use, is provided with a booklet with clear instruction and troubleshooting, with a power bank for recharging if you are out (however the battery is a long lasting one, at least 12 hours). You can connect more than one device and you can return it just sending it back in the provided package (already signed with address and free of charge). We had no connection problems at all during our jurney, so, if you are searching for a good product, this is the right choice
