Efficient, convenient, reliable, well-priced. I will use Japan Wireless portable wifi whenever I visit Japan.

Pocket Wi Fi at Narita Airport ready for pick up, connected to Internet everywhere we went, from Tokyo to Takayama to Kyoto, to Hiroshima and Fukuoka and back. easy drop off, no problems!

Wireless was amazingly good and never had a problem with the connection. If there is, resetting the device would solve it completely. Really helps that they give a power bank with it to be rented for free, cause you will definitely need it!

The hotspot device worked really well in Fukuoka, Osaka, Shirakawago, Kanazawa, and Tokyo. The device was waiting for us at our hotel upon our arrival. Instructions were simple and we were able to connect to all our devices. The battery only lasted for about 4 hours, but we always brought along the external battery. We returned it at the post box at NRT before flying home. Everything was really convenient and reasonably priced. I have already recommended Japan-Wireless to my friends and family. We had an awesome trip with the help of your device. Thank you!

Japan Wireless provided an excellent service. The process for picking up the wifi device at Narita airport, and returning it via a post box, was easy to follow and worked without any problems.

This small piece of equipment was probably the most useful item I had while I was in Japan. Without having wifi i would of had a hard time arriving to my destination on a timely manner. Super easy to setup and super easy to receive and drop off.

I ordered the portable wifi unit for my 2 week trip to Japan. Pickup from the airport was easy and quick. Instructions for use were clear and simple. Dropping the unit off was surprisingly even easier. Without the wifi I would have been perpetually lost. I will definitely be using this service when I return.

We ordered a mobile hot spot on a recent trip to Japan as our travel agent advised. I wondered if we really needed it. As it turned out we were really happy to have it as it saved us hours of being lost! The order, pick up and drop off was very efficient! Great company to work with. You get exactly what they claim they offer! We had no need for help but I’m sure it would have been great.
