My fourth visit to Japan and my fourth time using JapanWireless pocket wifi. Having used the unlimited data option for YouTube livestreaming whilst in japan I was confused by a message from the network provider on the screen of the pocket wifi (in japanese) telling me that I had exceeded my limit.

I was able to visit the Ginza offices in person and was courteously assisted and reassured (all in english :) ) and even provided with a more recent pocket wifi for improved battery life. Hopefully I can make it back to japan again this year and I will be using JapanWireless once more :)

We had the a pocket Wireless equipment for two weeks. Everything was perfect. No problems. Love it! The signal is very good everywhere in japan! It's easy to take the modem and to return it.I will use their pocket Wi-Fi again when I come back to Japan!Thank you!

I was in Japan for 10 days. As soon as I arrived, I picked up my Japan-wireless from the airport post office, with no difficulties. The wifi worked perfectly, everywhere I went. The battery lasted longer than I thought it would. Take a portable charger with you just to be safe. Awesome experience and easy to return.

I always rent the premium Wi-Fi device from Japan Wireless. They have the best connection and you can stream all the time, no limited data. It doesn’t matter if I am in the country somewhere far and deserted, in a train or on an island, the Wi-Fi connection is still superb. I highly recommend everyone traveling to Japan in need of a Mobile Wi-fi to rent it at Japan Wireless!! It is easy to rent, rates are reasonable, you get it on your located adress or you can pick it up at the airport and if there is something wrong they have excellent customer services!! What do you need more. Have been renting with Japan wireless for 6 trips in the past 3 years, am totally satisfied! Couldn’t do without internet while traveling in Japan.

We ordered quite late but unit was waiting for us, at our hotel, when we arrived. Sending back through hotel was easy and Japan Wireless received package the following day. Best way to go when travelling.
