Japan Wireless is my go to provider for WiFi Hotspots whenever I travel to Japan. The hotspot is always available at the front desk of the hotel when I check in and I always drop the return package at the airport on the way home. In addition, the spare battery that is always included is a great addition to the rental. Highly recommended!

Their service is very good and I love how they offer unlimited data with great coverage.

5 star in every way!

Easy to get (delivered to hotel) and easy to send back (at Haneda). Good quality and reception. Extra battery provided gave a good day's conectivity.

Great experience - would definitely recommend and use again.
We traveled for 8 days from Tokyo to Kyoto to Osaka and back to Tokyo and had zero issues with the device. 5 stars

I got the 4G wireless while traveling around Japan for a week. Worked like a charm and easy to pick up and send back.

I would highly recommend getting the Pocket Wifi when traveling in Japan. The most efficient and easy wifi unit ever plus very affordable,

Great communication, fast response. Great service in Japan did not have any issues. We had the device delivered to our hotel and it was easy & simple to post it back when we were finished with it.

Used the pocket Wi-Fi and only lost signal while on Shinkansen going through tunnels from Tokyo to Niigata. Otherwise, worked everywhere we went! So easy. Otaru, Chitose, Nagoya, Niigata, Tokyo, Matsuyama and Hakone. At the end just put in envelope and drop in mailbox at airport!

Used Japan Wireless while traveling in Japan, and it worked really well. And their customer service was really polite and helped me when I lost their wifi cover.
