High speed shipment; High speed Internet D d.

Ordered a WiFi device on line from the United States, the process was easy, Picked up the pocket router upon arrival at Tokyo.
Powered it on and it worked perfectly with seven phones and two iPads for the two week stay. Put it in the provided envelope and dropped it in a mail box before departure.
No problems at all, great device, simple to use.
Would highly recommend.

Fast and reliable internet the whole time I was in Japan . Would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect, from the customer service to the reliability of the pocket wifi. Works perfectly on any enviroment, includng the subways or the countryside. 5/5

Everything was super easy and very clearly explained. Having wifi everywhere we went made the trip super enjoyable!

Hassle free and easy to use. Just be sure to charge it every night and you're good to go!

Easy pick up and drop off at Narita Airport. Used it for 9 days. Was amazing to have wifi access 24/7. Had no issues whatsoever and plenty of data (our son was able to watch YouTube videos with no problems). Highly recommend. When we come back to Japan we will use Japan Wireless again.

Fantastic service at great price!!!!

I’m so glad I found this. Ordered a month ahead of time. Picked it up at the airport post office. Was charged and ready to go. Great way to stay connected whilst in Japan.

Great service. Used this during our Osaka/Tokyo Trip. It’s cheaper than other available providers.
