I have rented a portable wifi device from Japan Wireless on my last two trips to Japan. When I originally shopped around, I found that Japan Wireless was not only the most affordable, but seemed to be the most reliable. It is at my destination when I arrive and works well everywhere that I have taken it. It is small and the battery lasts for hours. They include an extra battery just in case you need it. I had no problem just charging it each night. On my most recent trip, I had to extend it for an additional 5 days. I just went online and extended it with no difficulty. I go to Japan often and will always rent from Japan Wireless.

It was easy to use, worked everywhere and easy to return.

I have used japan wireless now 3 times whenever I am in Japan. I am pleased with the service, how easy it is to book . The device is delivered promptly and charged and the return process is very simple. I highly recommend using this.

Thank you so much for your service. It was easy and simple to pick up and send back. The coverage worked well and the battery pack came in handy.

Excellent service - made our holiday in Japan fantastic

We had a very good experience with Japan wireless during our 3 weeks holiday in Japan. We would recommend it to anyone going on holiday there.

i using this japanwireless rental for my 2 weeks in Japan and the wifi is great everywhere i went , even those they come with the battery bank but i never have to used it since the mobile wifi unit battery last really long . You may find some other company offer cheaper price but japanwireless is great choice with unlimited wifi plan .

Very happy with the price and fast delivery to hotel. Pocket wi-fi worked well. Mobile battery is very usefull. Only bad point is that the pocket wi-fi was in japanese only.

The rechargeable battery was not getting enough power to last longer than 4 - 5 hours. It sometimes did not charge at the hotels at all. The wifi is great though.

Worked as promised. No issues. Pickup and return was fast and easy.
