Pretty convenient option. We were a family of 4 and always were connected with high speed internet service.

Easy and quick operation

Bought 4 eSIMs, one for each traveler in our party. Four of us coming to Japan from Arizona. We set up our phones upon arrival, and everything worked without issue. 10GB for 10 day trip along the Golden Route was plenty of data. Will use again on future trips!

There was never downtime when we had pocket WiFi during our trip in Japan. We stayed connected at all times. I recommend having it when you visit Japan. We plan on visiting Japan again and will use pocket WiFi again.

Fast consistent service.

My family and I are having a vacation in Japan for two weeks. There is a cancellation of the flight to Japan and by the time I arrive Japan it is already delayed by one day and after mid night. I won’t be able to pick up the package from the airport. I email Japan wireless customer service after I get to the hotel and they response to me in a very timely basis and they are able to rearrange the package to me to the hotel. The product that I receive is very easy to setup and it work so good. There is an extra battery with the package and it is very useful on a whole day use of the device. By the time that we are leaving Japan the airline delay our flight again and I need an extra day use of the device. I email Japan Wireless and they told me that I can easily extend the use of the device with a small fee. It is also very easy to return the package before I leave Japan. Japan Wireless provided a paid return envelope to return the rental product. All I have to do is put everything in that envelope and drop into the mail box before enter security at the airport. Overall I have a very good experience with Japan Wireless and will use their service again next time to go to Japan.
