Great!

A must for any traveler. The unit worked perfectly. The pickup and drop-off were easy with the pre-labeled packaging. It was a life-saver!

Never got a problem and always better than others

It’s my second time to use Japan Wireless. It’s very easy to use. The device is also very convenient to collect and return. Their customer service is also very prompt when responding to concerns. Japan Wireless’ services are well-recommended.

I am amazed by the connectivity and usability of the device! I appreciate Japan Wireless and their services! Thank you.

No complains, great connection and will definitely use again the next time we come down to Japan

I visited Japan from Feb. 24 to March 4 and Japan Wireless was the perfect solution for staying in touch with work and family. I am truly grateful to you guys and to the folks at the post office at the airport who helped me. I thought the websites for wifi routers all seemed sketchy but Japan Wireless was perfect for us.

The WiFi unit was fantastic, very easy to set up. We had great coverage throughout the country. The battery life far exceeded expectations. Only once did we have to use the spare battery. I will definitely use Japan wireless on my next trip to Japan.

Nos lo entregaron donde pedimos. Sin problema durante nuestra estancia en el uso. Imprescindible en un viaje a Japon

I loved using japan wireless best wifi supplier I have used in japan. It is so reliable and works everywhere I went, it also comes with a power bank so your internet doesn’t run out. Super affordable and I would definitely use this service again.
