Loved it.

5/5 Good price, easy to pickup and drop off. Had 0 problems for my 2 weeks in Japan

I was on travel for work and we were instructed NOT to use any wireless that wasn't protected. The hotel we stayed in had wifi, but it wasn't protected in any manner so without the portable device, I wouldn't have been able to perform work at the hotel. I also used the device with my phone preventing me from being charged international data fees.

Everything about this was simple and amazing. Picking up at the airport was quick and easy, dropping it off was even easier. I'm very happy I did this and will always rent one while traveling in Japan.

We booked our wireless service from Italy and found the counter very quickly at the airport. The staff speaks english and was very kind and helpful. Setting up the wifi connection has been as easy as turning on the device and connecting and once we were online it never skipped a beat for our whole stay in Japan (two weeks). Will definitely use it again!

It's easy to order a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless, and recieving and dispatching the item goes smoothly. Everything you need is in the package, including an extra battery.
The device itself is easy to use and provides a steady and stable wifi connection, all acrross the country. Wether I was in Kyushu in the south, or Nagano in the north, there was always a connection. I will definitely order from them again!
