Just wow! We stayed connected everywhere! Excellent service... instant response when I had a small problem.

I was very satisfied with the quality service provide by Japan Wireless. Since i was a foreigner and contracted the service a few days before i go to Japan, i thought could not work. I was wrong.

Never faced connection difficulty or lag. The Wifi is fast and it was straight forward and simple to use. Battery life lasted a full day at least. Finally, we had a great service with Japan Wireless, it was easy and fast to pick up the wireless from the airport and dropping it off.

Japan Wireless offered us the most convenient way to stay connected in Hokkaido. From the delivery of the unit to the return, the service was seamless. Will recommend Japan Wireless to everyone going to Japan.

Super easy to set up and use, a must have in your stay in Japan. Pick up was easy and so was the process to order it. Battery lasted quite long and comes with a power bank. Reliable, never failed on us and gave us great speeds. Definitely would use again in my next visit.

Every time I go to Japan, I use japan wireless service. Perfect shipping and perfect service.

I orders the wireless router 2 days before arrival and it was delivered to my hotel when I arrived. It was easy to use and had a clear manual in English. I lost connection once during the week I used it but after switching off and on it was working properly again. It came with a return envelope to drop it at the airport, together with a map where to drop, next to passport control. Very easy!

Probably the best thing I could have got before my trip to japan. The pocket Wi-Fi lasted almost all day (7 hours) of flat out use. Also they had a portable battery pack so pretty much it wouldn't die. Unlimited data was also good and no lag (unless underground).
Would highly recommend this product.
