Everything went smoothly. Easy ordering process and our unit had been delivered when we arrived at our hotel. Very easy to set up. Towards the end of our journey we had a problem with very slow connection. I sent an email and got a reply very quickly. Since a reboot of the unit didn’t resolve the problem, a new unit was sent to our hotel.
High marks for the whole experience.

It was easy to install and use, while coverage was great

Data is expensive this for most phone companies, the wireless WiFi I received was incredible. I had full bars everywhere I went in Japan, and they gave me a back up charger to keep the battery charged. Amazing thing is the battery never died. So I was able to charge people phones whenever someone’s died. I will continue to use this company when I travel back next year. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I had a 3 week holiday in Japan with my wife and her parents. The device was sent to our hotel, which was very convenient for us.
The pocket Wi-Fi device we ordered from Japan wireless performed better than expected due to part of our trip included a 9 day cruise around Japan even though we were told it would not work on the ship when we got a couple of Kilometers offshore it started intermittently working then worked well when we docked. Almost everywhere on land it worked well. We felt it was well priced for the use we got out of it. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless for a mobile Wi-Fi plan.

Japan wireless portable Wi-Fi is a top notch. I rented in the Haneda airport. The stuff is friendly and helpful. During my traveling me and my family are always connected with the internet. Easy and reliable and they have 24/7 tech support to help. I recommend for Traveler to rent the portable Wi-Fi with the Japan wireless

This worked great for the whole family traveling with iPhones.

Without this amazing piece of technology, "The Wireless Wifi" we would have been lost.
It travelled with me everywhere in my handbag and was a lifesaver for Google Maps, Google Translate and wifi calling which pretty much meant we didnt need a SIM to make our Phone calls. Also pretty convenient on the trains. The only time it didn't work well was when we were in an underground train station. Picking up and dropping off was also pretty convenient

Nice service, excellent reception and enough data for a family.

i will get it again next time :) thank you

We rented Pocket Wifi from Japan Wireless for 8 days. It worked without any problems. I am very satisfied with the experience.
