Perfect internet service provided also in the Gifu mountains!

fantastic experience with japanese wireless.Everything was perfect.Thanks to the pocket wifi we were able to visit Japan with serenity.

Excellent service, pickup and drop-off are made simple and devices are working great and un good shape.

I had a problem with turning on my hotspot and the customer service efficiently helped me and it worked perfectly! Spent 9 days in Japan and the 10 GB plan is perfect for me

I rented a pocket wifi unlimited data for 2 months and was very satisfied with the Service. Ordering online was easy, collection at Narita Airport too and connection simple to set. The network worked very well throughout my month-long tour of southern Japan. The device's battery performs well, and I never needed to use the powerbankthat came with it. I was supposed to send the pocket wifi back from Narita but my flight was cancelled and non re-scheduled, so I went to their office in Shimbashi, bought a data sim online and a very nice person who speaks English installed it in my phone and connect it. I highly recommend Japan Wireless. I will use it again for my next visit to Japan. Many thanks for your professionnalism.

Used it for 2 weeks on about 4 devices. Worked great. On day 9 it slowed downed a lot. Contacted them by email and they had a new one delivered to me in about 5 hours. Great service

Easy to organise, set-up, use and return. Didn’t even know we had it with us yet we had wifi access our entire trip in Japan without any issues.
Easy to return just pop in an envelope and drop in a mailbox before going through customs. Easy!
