I have absolutely no complaints about renting a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. Communication was great, the wifi itself worked well, and the shipping process was smooth. One small thing is that the battery on the wifi seemed to run out quite quickly, but that was solved by just constantly having the chargers with us.

It was really easy to pick it up. Simple to use and always working fine in any location of my tour. Fast and simple, I recommend it.

The whole process was extremely easy from start to finish.

Ordered in the morning on the same day before flight departure and the unit was waiting for us at the Narita airport. Worked very well through the whole time and the price is reasonable. Received confirmation from Japan wireless very soon after they received the unit, good communication.

The router was waiting for me at my hotel. It took minutes to set up for our devices and worked well the whole time. The coverage was constant and the speed impressive.
After posting the unit back as we left for the airport I had an email the next day to confirm arrival.

Plane got delayed and PO at airport was closed, had to pick it up the next day. Wish the company would have after hour or other means for customer to pick up the device. Without this device, customer can't get around. Otherwise, device worked as expected and very fast internet. A must have when travel in Japan.
