Just wish that battery didn’t run out too quickly. Good thing there’s a spare battery included in the package.

Incredibly helpful having fast internet everywhere we went!

High speed wi-fi all over Japan. Amazing service and would recommend anyone traveling through Japan to use this wi-fi pack.

Thanks for your help in our journey, we had connectivity for about whole stay.

Amazing service arrived at hotel as planned. Rapid internet wherever we were - and we travelled around a lot. Even great on tokyo underground. Battery life good too and spare if you’re beasting it all day. Was a little worried about the reliability of the return process but needn’t have worried. Dropped it in airport post box and it was received the next day . Completely hassle free. Would absolutely recommend.

Only minor quibble was device IS IN JAPANESE - no English, not really a problem as it’s just a case of connecting it to your phone wifi like any other device.

Super reliable and convenient to use.

Tutto perfetto. Consigliato

Worked well in all 5 cities I visited in Japan (Tokyo, Nagasaki, Kobe, Osaka & Kyoto). Also in somee of the smaller cities like Nara & Hyogo. Good value for money. Easy pick up and drop off at Narita.

I would recommend this service to anyone needing wireless service in Japan!

Very happy!
