Excellent experience !

Very good and easy service

The package with the wifi was at the hotel when we arrived. The battery lasted around 12 hours each day without needing to be recharged - and there was a portable battery provided. Compared to previous times, we had to restart this device 2x during the trip: but it worked again after. Speed provided is good. Value for money and convenient.

We were well connected during the whole time in Japan. Highly recommended.

Coverage was excellent. Easy to use. One problem - USB connecting plug between pocket WiFi and spare battery pack was not good. It would dislodge from the pocket WiFi with the slightest movement.
