We order it to get it on our first day in Tokyo in our Hotel and everything went fine. Full internet access during 14 days with capability to share via Wifi to my family. Great service

I recommend using this pocket wifi. It was easy to find the location, to use the wifi and to ship it back. The toll was brand new and the battery lasted the whole day. There was a power bank included but I did not have to use it. Recommended.

The retreival and return process is easy and well explained. The device and the network signal worked perfectly.
