The SIM works very well and it is easy to buy and install

Our second time to rent from Japan Wireless and like before, the whole process is efficient, the Premium Wifi is very reliable, and it's good value for money. They also reply well to inquiries fast. I recommend Japan Wireless for those who are going to Japan in groups and need internet connection. Will surely rent again for our next visit!

Speed and coverage is excellent

I traveled from Tokyo to Kagoshima and back and had ZERO issues.
From start to finish, the process was seamless. I got an email telling me where to go to pick it up at Narita- I was handed an envelope and off I went. Returning was easy too.
The battery pack, carrying pouch and return envelope were great- to me it’s a no-brainer to use this service. Easy and carefree!!

Coverage was great all the time. Fast internet. Ordered it the day before our arrival and it was already at our hotel at the time we checked in.

We used this for 6 days, for my family of 3. Easy to pick up from the Narita airport and returned via an airport mailbox at the Kansai airport.

There were no lost signals while touring Tokyo and Osaka. And the battery was enough that we only used the included power bank once.

Definitely a big must when traveling and saving on roaming charges for a whole group.

we are happy to have this premium wifi during our stay in Japan. It really helps us a lot in navigating and exploring the beautiful place of Yamagata. It also allows us to communicate quickly hence this product is really good and a necessity while travelling Japan.
