I work remotely so whenever I go to Japan, I always make sure to rent a pocket wifi by Japan Wireless. One time in spring, there was a problem with the connection, so I reached out to one of their agents, and he was very knowledgeable with customer service and technical support, he even spoke English, so it was so easy for us to resolve the issue. WILL ALWAYS USE JAPAN WIRELESS' SERVICE!! ✨️

We spent three weeks in Japan and our portable wifi was a blessing.
the only think that you need to bear in mind that it doesn't last a whole day: you need to bring the battery with you (it's not heavy). easy to get at our hotel and to return.

I always use this service as the internet connection is very good. i have it deliver to my hotel and the hotel helps me send back to them. when you receive the item it is complete with postal envelope as well making it easy for you to return the item.

This is the 2nd time we rented the Pocket Wifi from Japan Wireless. I am 100% satisfied with its performance and reliability. We traveled from Tokyo to Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe via plane and train. It worked flawlessly. Highly recommended.

I was happy with the service that was provided. The SIM cost was great compared to others and it worked perfectly. I travelled all across Japan and although there may be some slow spots. I was never stranded without service.

We picked up our pocket wifi at the airport and within 10 minutes it was up and running. It worked absolutely fine all along our trip in Japan which lasted 4 weeks in total. We posted it back just before leaving at the airport. Easy and efficient. Thanks
