This was 2nd time I used JapanWireless pocket wifi and my experience was positive both times. Stable connection, strong signal and good speed.

The entire process, from reservation to drop off was simple. Device worked great.

Collection process easy and fast.
The device worked very well and the signal was excellent in Tokyo.
Return process instructions well described and easy to follow.
Definitely recommended!

It worked great and the return was very easy.

We used the pocket wifi across Japan for three weeks and it was very good. we picked it up from the post office with no hustle even though we picked it up on Obon Monday. power is enough for a day of normal usage. would recommend to family and friends!

Useful to found our way, find a restaurant or a specific shop. We found essential and very helpful to get a wifi pocket. Battery autonomy and connection are good.

What a fantastic service. Package was delivered to my hotel before my arrival, the wifi worked perfectly and held its charge all day long. Popped it in the post in the pre paid envelope before I left for the airport. Excellent service, will definitely use again. Thank you.

Vraiment bien pour un prix compétitif. La récupération et retour du matériel sont hyper simples. Un indispensable quand on part au Japon.

On my next trip ,next year,i will rent it again, thnxs for making my trip easy to stay in contact

Just what I was looking for. Excellent product.
