Mobile Wi-Fi worked as required, three devices connected and good availability for what was needed. Collection and drop off was straight forward and simple to follow.

Worked perfectly - no complaints

We got this pocket wifi to use on our japan hiking holiday. It worked perfectly and the package was waiting for us at our hotel as arranged.Well organised and good equipment, easy to use. Highly recommend.

Would recommend for anyone traveling to Japan. Wireless was fast and reliable. Easy to pickup and return

Great price with promo code, rented two devices with unlimited wifi. Always had great coverage across the whole country. Long lasting battery. Easy pick up at Haneda airport and easy Mail Drop off when we departed.

Smart, you can send the pocket-wifi from airport

Excellent product and very professional customer care. Thank you

This is an essential toolkit when travelling in japan

I saw this originally being shown by a YouTuber who was in Japan. Instantly I worked out how much my mobile provider would have costed daily for 1 of us equalled the same amount as the Japan Wireless for 12 days £60 but there were 3 of us so economically made sense, saving £120
Great that it's sent to your hotel and was already there when we arrived.
Instructions really clear and set up very quickly.
Absolutely a life saver for us, we used GoogleMaps and Translater daily and having the ability to do so in the moment averted many wrong turns enabling us to utilise all of our holiday time effectively.
Easy return in the return envelope, popped into the letterbox at the airport. Japan is an amazing beautiful country and you will always come away wanting to return as there are so many places to see. Each time I return I will always use Japan Wireless. Thank you Japan Wireless for being such an amazing product🙏🏽

Must have while traveling through Japan! We could easily pick it up and return it by mail. Definitely recommend!
