very good service, i highly recommend

Very helpful. Tank you

Wifi was excellent , never had any issues

The service was really convenient - shipped straight to hotel and easy to post back at the airport. The quality of the wifi as we travelled around was excellent and definitely made it easy for us to stay connected.

Right from picking up the package at the Airport upon our arrival to dropping it into a drop box, it was a smooth experience! Thank you!!

This made our trip so much easier: looking up train schedules and directions and keeping in contact. Worked flawlessly. Can recommend more highly.

The process from pickup to drop off was SUPER easy for an American. I appreciate the detailed instructions with pictures. Wireless worked perfect for my 8 day stay

The battery was great. It lasted at least 10 hours with 3 devices on continuously. Highly recommended.

Very practical. Needs to carry a battery. Useful. Great

I was glad to rent a pocket wifi from japan wireless. the battery life of the unit was in good condition & the coverage was good.
