Absolutely no problems with this pocket WiFi. Easy pick up and loved being able to just drop it in the mailbox to return. Will definitely rent from you again!

I ordered a pocket wifi for my trip to Japan in Sept. 2024. I took a tour through the country. This wifi worked pretty much everywhere. I think only once there was no wifi but we were on a very small area. The price was right. Very easy to set up and very easy to return when you're finished.

Quick pick up, even quicker return. Very convinient, fast internet.

East to collect. Easy to use. Good signal. Easy to drop off.

We used this Wifi for 3 weeks travelling all around Japan. Most times we had up to 4 phones connected, it worked perfectly for most of the time. If it did loose connection, it was restored within a few minutes and it did not happen very often. I would be happy to recommend this to friends and family

Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis avec l'appareil, pensez cependant à prendre la batterie portable sur soi pour le recharger en fin de journée.

Intuitive pick-up and setup procedure, all contained in a convenient travel bag with all necessities for it. Connected our 7 devices across 4 people easily and worked non-stop. Return process also pretty easy with a return envelope included. Only point to mention was the flimsy USB cable included in the package.
