A great option if you are traveling to Japan for a few days. We had up to four devices connected simultaneously without any major issues.
The only notable downside is that the battery drains faster than ideal; if you aren't paying attention, you might lose service without realizing it.
Even so, I would rent it again. The entire process—from start to finish, from arriving at the airport to leaving Japan—is very easy and convenient.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed review! We are glad to hear that our pocket WiFi was a great solution for your trip and seamlessly powered up to 4 devices simultaneously throughout your stay.
At the same time, we sincerely appreciate your honest feedback regarding the battery performance. Heavy multi-device usage can draw more power, and we always aim to ensure travelers stay powered up all day, which is why we include a complimentary power bank with our rentals to help keep devices charged on the go. We are also continuously reviewing our device hardware to provide longer battery life for our guests.
