Mostly happy with service 90%

Easy pick up from Haneda airport, worked very well with fast speeds at all times, and easy to return at the red mailbox at Haneda.

This pocket wifi is very small and takes up no space. It's so small and compact, my fiance had it and the portable charge that comes with it in his pocket; you couldn't even tell. It's traveled to Osaka, Mt Fuji, and Tokyo with perfect reception. It was easy to set up. The Internet is truly unlimited and you don't have to worry about data caps. Friends that joined us got e-sims from some other company. All trip they were looking for free wifi because they reached their data cap for the day. So I definitely plan on getting this again on my Japan trip next year. I highly recommend this as an option if you want to stay connected.

Very fast and stable connection

I stayed in Japan for about a week. Forgot about ordering it ahead of time so I ordered a day before and since picking it up at the airport wasn't an option, I had it delivered to the hotel I was staying at (I did communicate with the hotel staff ahead of time about it) and it was ready for me when I arrived at the hotel. I rented a Business Wifi just cause. Overall it was fine- my daily routine in Japan was like using the pocket wifi throughout the day for maybe 8-10 hours straight and it worked fine but I had to charge it every night. Unfortunately the plug was not working often so I had to use mine and the pocket wifi didn't really work when you are more than maybe 10 ft away (in my opinion) but.. wifi was fast and easy to use/connect so overall, I was good to rent it.

Very convenient and efficient option when traveling to Japan for long or short trips.

Nous sommes une famille de 6 et avons voyagé au Japon (Tokyo, Odawara, Hakone, Kyōto, Nara, Osaka) 15 jours début Septembre 2024. Comme convenu des cartes SIM nous attendaient à l’hôtel dès notre arrivée; l’installation et la connexion au réseau est simple (ne pas oublier de redémarrer le téléphone après installation). La qualité du signal était très bonne partout, et le rapport qualité / prix est de mon point de vue imbattable. Je recommande vivement cette solution.
