Very simple, easy and worked wonderfully!

We were very pleased with the wi-fi as it was invaluable whilst we were travelling. The only slight problem was that one of the charging ports was worn so we had to make sure that the unit was charging correctly but apart from that we found it to be excellent and we would definitely recommend Japan- wireless and we will be using them again in the future.

Excellent coverage during our stay in Japan and easy and convenient to use.

Customer service was fast and effective after I placed my order online. The device was easy to use and ensured that I haf consistent internet, which was great since my phone's global mobile data plan wasn't working properly. I was able to pick up the device in the Minato City area of Tokyo, where English-speaking staff addressed my concerns. It was easy to return, since they gave me envelope that I could use to I mail the wifi device back to them from any post office box in Japan before I returned home. It seemed like they also had options for pickup/drop off in airports, though I didn't use them since I didn't realize that my phone's data plan wasn't working until after I got to my hotel after leaving the airport. I'd use Tokyo Wireless again. They were easier to use than some of the other options, which had less accessible websites and customer service.

The use of Google maps and google translate is imperative for someone that is visiting Japan for the first time and does not speak the language.
A fast and reliable internet access was an essential to our trip. Highly recommend!

If you travel to Japan you must rent one of these! Superb value for money, great service and simple to use

Very easy to use. Was able to text using wifi. Also read the newspapers from back home…Hawaii. Thank you!

Convenient and easy to use.

Had the pocket wifi for two weeks and it worked perfectly. Pick up and return were easy. The complimentary power bank ensured I was always connected during many long days. Outstanding service Japan Wireless!!

It works like it supposed to but the battery on WIFI only last about 6 to 7 hours. The internet speed was good for us traveling through out Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. One will need to use battery bank for longer use.
