Very reliable and the battery lasted all day. Waited for sale and got 2 as there was 4 of us. Easy return at airport.

Great service throughout Japan except in deep valleys which was expected. My biggest issue is the returning of the device was less than clear and they should have provided a tracking number. I did send an email asking if they received the device and they responded very quickly that they did receive the device which is outstanding. Another issue is they should mention to search for Post Boxes to place the return package.

I would've spent $360 on roaming for 2 devices but only spent $70 instead using pocket wifi, for a 2 week trip. Pick was up easy at Narita airport and so was drop off; there was a mail box present prior to security screening. Connectivity was very good and so was the battery life, only died a couple of times. The charging bank that came with the system worked well during those times. I would strongly recommend pocket wifi to everyone visiting Japan.

Worked well but we did have to continually reconnect to the wifi as it would disconnect occasionally.

Easy pick up and return. Worked very well throughout. Got the standard plan which is more than sufficient for loading videos for my son, google maps and messaging apps!
Perfect for what we needed and will definitely use again when we next visit Japan.

The pocket wifi was very useful for our trip in Japan. We had the unlimited giga option. Picked it up at the Narita airport, at the Post Office on the 4th floor, and it was good to go right away. The battery was very long lasting and the signal quite good.
You just drop it off at the airport so it served us well to the very last moment of our trip
