Japan wireless WiFi was a great resource to have for our travel around Japan. They made it convenient to pick up at airport, offered an extra charge so it was always charged and we were able to drop it off at a post office with their return envelope.

This is the second time I've used Japan Wireless for my mobile hotspot. It was easy to obtain at the airport and it worked reliably without issues for my entire trip. I plan to use them again on my return.

This WiFi rental was the best. From receiving it upon check-in at the hotel, to dropping it off at a different Hotel upon checking out. We used it during our whole trip. In our group of 9, two of us had a unit, we all signed in to both (as a back up in case we split up, or one of the units needed recharging). Japan wireless provided everything to ensure the availability of wifi (the wifi, the battery charger, the cable to charge everything, all in a nice pouch). My only problem was that I ended the service one day too early, I should have included my last day there so I had wifi the whole day before leaving. Strongly recommend this service.

I had taken the product to shinagawa, shinjuku, harajuku, Osaka (namba, umeda, dontoburri),Ginza, minato city, and Akihabara, Asakusa and sasazuka without any drops in connectivity.

Very efficient in the delivery of the wifi device. It was already at my hotel early morning before I head out for tours. All the equipment included is useful and instructions were very clear. No issues with signal in many places, just the rare spot where there was no signal but nothing different from cell phone. Thanks for the amazing vacation we had by being connected all the time we most needed it!!
