Reseñas

Easy pick up from the airport. Great coverage everywhere we went. We had 4 phones and no issues with the speed.

Renting the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless was the best thing I did for my recent trip to Japan. We were there for a week and the wifi never failed us it was perfect and the price was reasonable as well. I had it delivered to my hotel and just popped it in the post when we were leaving

Easy pick up / drop off

The Premium wifi-fi was perfect as described. From the delivery to the hotel (Osaka), excellent experience using the product (2 iPhones and 2 iPads), unlimited data and easy airport drop-off (Tokyo) highly recommended product. Would use again.

Easy to install and get online with clear instructions. Including a SIM tool was a great bonus, just in case you forget to pack a paperclip.

Speed and connectivity were great. Never an issue from Yokohama to Kyoto and back.

The only negative was that I could not pick up a SIM card at Haneda Airport. You can get the Pocket Wifi there but not just a SIM card. I had it delivered to the hotel and it was ready and waiting for me but it meant that I had to get to the hotel without having data access.

Can't recommend enough. Clear communication to collect the device, worked perfectly and easy to return. Will definitely use on future visits.

From the collect in the Airport to the shipment It has worked so good. Excellent service. I think the best way to be connected during the stay in Japan.

We rented the pocket wifi while we were in Japan. Worked perfectly as soon as you turned it on. The only down side is the battery goes out faster than expected. So the charger came in handy whenever that's the case.

Japan Wireless Premium Wifi is the best on the market in Japan. Pocket Wifi allows 4 family members to access the internet pretty much everywhere you. Thanks for proposing such a good service to customers. The pocket wifi was delivered at the hotel and we took it just after arrival. Easy also to send back with envelope ready to be left in post box at the airport. Well done
