On the last day put the parts one beside the the next one, otherwise you have to reopen the envelope again that it will fit in the letterbox:)

Great service for about 11 days; the last 3 days the device was initially unstable (switching off autonomously) and then not working att all, you csn check the data usage. In general I got a very good service

I came across this service on YouTube as I prepared for my trip to Japan and it was the best investment I made. For about $60USD I had unlimited WiFi for 11days. I could not be happier. I was able to connect two phones and a laptop without any problems. Watching other people on my tour struggle for cellular data showed me what could have been if I had not rented this device. It is no bigger than a portable battery charger and lasts all day when fully charged. It was easy to throw into my backpack every day and not worry about having service. This device is a must especially if you use iMessages, WhatsApp, or another WiFi messaging app. I will be renting from japan wireless on my next trip.

We absolutely loved the pocket wifi. It kept us connected throughout our entire trip. It was so easy to use and so convenient. I loved having it waiting at our hotel upon arrival and it was super easy dropping it off in the mailbox at the airport on departure day. Japan Wireless made my entire family very happy. We never loss connectivity and the only thing we needed to do was turn it on and remember to charge it. Well done, Japan Wireless! Thanks for making our vacation even more memorable.

These things work really well. The battery lasted a long time and they always got a good signal pretty much everywhere we went. Returning them by dropping them in the mail is genius. So easy. Highly recommended.
