Great service and wonderful device thanks

Worked very well 24x7 in all the places we visited, including on trains quite a bit of the time. Early on in our visit, it stopped working, and we had to reset it. The instructions included with the package explained how to do this, but could have been clearer.

Excellent WiFi service. Worked perfectly throughout our trip.

We used Japan Wireless for a pocket wifi from March 3rd to March 20th, we picked it up at Hameda airport, we just followed the pictures for how to pick it up and had no problems, we used the pocket wifi everyday, it comes with an extra battery , me and my husband used it for our phones, you sign on once and your done, we got wi fi everywhere we went from Tokyo all the way down to Hiroshima never had a problem. When it was time to go home we just put it in the envelope they give you and stuck it in one of the mail boxes at the airport. I researched pocket wifi's and they were the cheapest ones for the amount of days we were in Japan and next time I go to Japan I will use them again. My husband kept it in his pocket whenever we went out and never had a problem. I would highly recommend them.

Our wifi unit was delivered to our hotel and we picked it up on the day we arrived. It worked seamlessly for the 2 weeks we had it and ran pretty much all day and night everyday. Battery life was great and didn’t run out except for on one day that we were on social media unloading a lot of images. We only had to plug it in to charge overnight with 2 people using it. No dip in speeds but sometimes had to reconnect wifi if one of us went out of range and was disconnected from the wifi signal. It meet all our expectations and it was a good deal considering what our cellphone providers wanted for the same time. But only good if you don’t need to use your cellphone number. Easy to use with clear instructions. Will definitely use Japan Wireless on our next trip to Japan!

Rented WiFi for our trip and. Don’t recommend it enough. Kept us connected 24/7 and worked great, very reasonable.
