Good to have a pocket wifi when travelling around Japan. We visited Kyushu and had good reception everywhere. I esp like the convenient delivery to our hotel and easy drop off at airport. A worthwhile expense!

Very good service overall

Extremely useful product when traveling in Japan. Easy to use, charger included, easy to pick up at airport or hotel, and easy to return in the mail.

I cannot find any bad memory about using Japan Wireless. Extra battery was very usefull. Good signal on Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima, where we spend most of our time im Japan. Best Regards, Jure
