JW's 3G Wi-Fi router and the SIM cards worked very well in all locations I went - Tokyo,Hakone, Kyoto. So easy to set up and use. I will definitely hire from again.

Very easy to use and return

It is a great device. You will have fast internet even if 4 people are connected and are using it at the same time.

Everything best - pure Japanise quality !

The modem was easily set up without any issues and worked perfectly from then on. Delivery and return was simple and fuss free. I would strongly recommend this service to anyone wanting fuss free wi-fi

Perfect device, connection and battery.
We travel between Hokkaido, Tokyo, Hakone, Toba, Ise, Kyoto, Osaka and Okinawa Tokashiki.... everything work as you would like ! Thank you !

Great service, great reception!

Would recommend it to anyone.

I have no complaints about the device itself - signal was great all the time and battery life was pretty good - it would last from 8AM to 5PM approximately. Booking, pickup, setup and return processes went all very smoothly too. I can recommend their service.

Easy to use, collect, return and reliable. Our daughter used to do homework overseas and we to connect to family easily. Great value...thank you.

The customer service is just fantastic.
I travel to Japan 4 to 5 times a year, and I rent the WIFI router every time. Often my flight changes at the last minutes but the customer service always try the maximum to meet my needs. I am very happy to use their rental service.
