It all worked like a charm

My family was visiting me from America. I was nervous about being able to contact them. I had never ordered pocket wifi before. I am happy to say that I was able to order it to their hotel then they were able to pick it up before I met up with them. Returning it was also very easy.those were my biggest concerns and it all worked out. The wifi worked great the entire time they were in Japan! Thank you

Easy pickup and set up after arriving at Haneda Airport. Kept my family connected and confident while traveling all across central Japan. Easy to keep it charged with the backup power supply and convenient return policy (took it back to the airport).

We had a great experience with the WiFi and didn’t have any issues. The only thing was finding where to pick it up at the airport but after we enjoyed our trip.

The mobile wi-fi performed superbly. Excellent connection and speed in multiple locations.
The service is excellent as well: product arrived early. Excellent instructions. Super easy to use return envelope.

We were visiting for 8 days and rented two pocket wifi for 7 days and found them to be The indispensable tool that we used to find our way around cities and especially to travel from city to city.

Truly enjoyed using the services provided. Will certainly be using this when in Japn next.

My only complaint would be, on my last day, hours before my flight, the wifi stopped working. I checked and made sure I got the right time and date for return and it should still be working because it was meant to work until the next day.
